Terms of Service

This website presents Casa La Familia, a private vacation villa in Playa Grande, Guanacaste, Costa Rica, and links you to our property manager, Stay In Tamarindo, to check availability and book. We work hard to keep every detail accurate; descriptions, photos and amenities may be updated from time to time.

Reservations and payments are handled entirely by our property manager, Stay In Tamarindo, on their own booking platform — this site does not collect or process payments, and never requests payment directly. Rates, fees, taxes, and the cancellation policy are shown there at the time of booking, and your reservation is governed by the rental terms presented there.

The villa is a private family home — we ask guests to treat it that way, and the house rules shared at booking form part of your agreement. All text and photography on this site belong to Casa La Familia and may not be reused without permission, except reviews, which belong to the guests who wrote them.

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided as-is and we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on it. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law, or the terms of your signed rental agreement.
